How can I pay?

We accept Yappy and credit or debit card. Card payments are processed securely and we never see your card details.

How long does my order take?

We prepare your order in 1 to 3 business days after payment is approved. Shipping time is then added depending on your location in Panama.

If you need something urgently, please WhatsApp us before purchasing and we will confirm if it's possible.

Do you ship throughout Panama?

Yes, we ship nationwide. Details and costs are in our shipping policy.

Does the jewelry turn green or stain the skin?

Our jewelry is made of stainless steel, a water-resistant and hypoallergenic material. You can shower with it and wear it daily without a problem.

As with any jewelry, we recommend avoiding direct contact with perfumes, chlorine, and cleaning products to keep its shine longer.

Are the perfumes original?

Yes. We work with original sealed perfumes from houses such as Lattafa, Armaf, Rasasi, Afnan, and Al Haramain, among others.

What is an Eau de Parfum and what is an Extrait?

The difference is in the concentration. Eau de Toilette is the lightest and lasts fewer hours. Eau de Parfum is more concentrated and lasts longer. Extrait de Parfum is the most concentrated of the three and stays on the skin the longest.

Does the jewelry come in a box?

Yes. Each piece arrives in a kraft cardboard box with a black velvet interior, ready for gifting without the need for wrapping.

Can I exchange or return a product?

Yes, within the conditions of our exchange and return policy. If something arrived incorrectly or wasn't what you expected, please write to us and we'll resolve it.

Do you have a physical store?

For now, we only sell online. You can message us via WhatsApp or Instagram if you have questions before purchasing.
